Fees For Selling Your Items On Centremagazine.com
Administration Fee.
Upon completion of a transaction, there will be an administration fee charged to the Seller of 5% of the price for all items plus all applicable taxes and duties including without limitation Canadian Goods and Services Tax and Provincial Sales Tax to be paid to HCN.
Insertion Fee.
There is a non-refundable Insertion Fee of CDN $400 for listing your item on centremagazine.com’s Bargain Outlet section.
Completion of Transaction.
The Buyer will be notified within three (3) business days of the close of the transaction of their status as a successful Buyer. Lister agrees that as a condition of this Agreement, Lister is bound to accept the purchase order and must complete the transaction in accordance with the terms and conditions. Notwithstanding the above, the Lister reserves the right to decline purchase orders from anyone at any time at the Lister’s sole discretion. In such cases, the Buyer will be notified within three (3) business days that its order has been declined.
Seller is Responsible for Collection of Payment from Buyer.
It is the responsibility of the Seller to collect any and all payments from the Buyer. The Seller will be notified of the identity and contact information of the Buyer. The Buyer must make payment of the final price, plus all applicable taxes and duties including Canadian Goods and Services Tax and Provincial Sales Tax to the Seller.
Seller is anonymous.
Under no circumstances will we release the Seller's name to Buyers, without the express permission on the Seller.
General Compliance with Laws.
You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on, purchase and sale of items.
Eligibility.
Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. Centremagazine.com may refuse its services (such as, but not limited to bidding) to anyone at any time, in its sole discretion.
Images and Descriptions.
In some cases the number of items in an image posted may not accurately depict the lot for auction, i.e., the photo shows 5 bottles when the text describes the lot as being 20 bottles. In all cases, the text description shall be taken as the more accurate representation of the lot.
